    Beat Dune Sea on hard, rounds 26-47 with one of each tower: 3/4 Buccaneer, 0/1 Ace, and Apprentice. Start with 5000 cash. By Superbloons321.

    Great looks like the extra lives that Super provided were not added. (Cruel NK), because of that I think it may now be a bit too luck based.

    Oh well we'll try, if not then I'll have to use Triple Lives


    NAPS, by the skin of my teeth 2 Lives left.

    Tip: Sell & rebuy of phoenix is far more effective for 47, then using a tornado wizard



    RCD 7/10 (Needs sell & rebuy, & Phoenix timing, also a tad luck based, but actually not that bad.)
    Difficulty: 7/10
    Enjoyablity; 6.5/10 (A bit too short, but it still was pretty fun.)

      On the original suggestion, it was beaten with 100 lives, but barely.

        NK never adds extra lives to DCs, just takes 'em. :/
        I spoke too soon, forgot about Monkey Temple.

        Tested! I barely passed the last round, hence 50 extra lives. I'd say $100 as reward, since the last rounds are quite tough with Summon Phoenix timing.

        Based on Plack Beach, location in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story.

        Dune Sea - it's a beach, duh.
        Buccaneer - in the main story, Bowser has to get on a raft and stand on it to move on. The buccaneer's monkey stands on the boat. Aircraft Carrier isn't allowed because nobody's standing on the boat.
        Ace - as for Pineapple Present, it's due to the Pendril's rock, which can be fought here. If either Mario or Luigi hits the enemy with the rock, it will shatter and a Bob-omb will hit the one who attacked.
        Apprentice - as for Summon Whirlwind, Bowser gets the Vacuum Block here, which is a whirlwind that sucks up enemies. As for Dragon's Breath and Summon Phoenix, Starlow, Mario and Luigi have to defeat the Scutlet which prevents Bowser from breathing fire, because he's stranded near the statue with trees surrounding him.

            NAPSFRI second try after getting wiped on 40 without phoenix. Might even be NLLable but a bit luck based with ace / bucc targeting



            3/1 buccaneer
            1/0 apprentice (strong)
            28 - set app to first after breaking all leads
            29 - App to 2/0 ASAP
            31 - App to 2/1 (First)
            33 - App to 2/2 + Bucc to 3/2
            35 - small leak, App on strong may work better
            37 - App to 2/2
            38 - App to 2/3
            39 - 0/0 Ace (circle)
            Before 40 - Sell buccaneer, app to 2/4. Use phoenix when rainbows start to leak.
            41 - Rebuy buccaneer to 2/1
            Before 42 - sell ace, buccaneer back to 3/2
            43 - Phoenix a little before ceramics appear - seemed to work best when phoenix is at the top intersection right when first ceramics appear
            44 - rebuy 0/0 ace circle
            Before 46 - sell buccaneer, rebuy as 0/4 - hook
            before 47 - Rebuy bucc as 3/2, phoenix before round. Sell + rebuy app 2/4, use 2nd phoenix when the first phoenix is at the top intersection so you get full track coverage

              I came up to a solution similar to incogneato's without any look at a guide. The problem is, I'm getting REALLY annoyed by how luck-based this is. I ALWAYS seem to be getting whomped on round 43 because my phoenix chokes against the ceramics. I think I've lost at least 10 times just because my phoenix timing is just a few pixels off. If I survive 43, 45 seems to kill me unless I either get lucky again or sell/buy another phoenix, and that money-drains me for 47. I'll keep trying NAPS until I either complete it or get fed up and use a specialty building or an agent.

                      NAPSFRI. 84 lives left.
                      Difficulty: 6.5/10 - Not that hard at the start but the end requires some timing. I didn't find it as hard as others, looking at this thread.
                      Fun: 7/10 - Short and sweet, good challenge and I found it fun.

                        I also didn't find that challenge as hard, nor did I even find much enjoyment, sadly. Only had to retry twice, on 40 and 43 respectively.

                            Round 43 definitely requires perfect timing! First attempted and the phoenix missed two ceramics almost totally intact!
