  • Extreme Difficulty

Extreme Difficulty is a new difficulty that takes Impoppable to a whole new level.
    • Towers cost 27.5% more than usual
    • Bloons Move 33% faster than in Normal Difficulty
    • Ceramics Have 2.5x the health of Normal Difficulty
    • Moab-Class Bloons have Triple the health
    • Only 1 Life
    • Banana Farms, Double Cash Mode, Purchasing Cash with monkey money, and Cash Generating upgrades are disabled, forcing the player to get money from popping bloons. Larger monkey beacons premium are also disabled, but can still grant a 50% cash boost when 3-x upgrade is purchased.
    • The Player must rely on Monkey Lab and Specialist Buildings for in-game boosts.
    • The Player must beat round 100 to obtain the Extreme Medal (diamond). Rounds 1-85 are just like impoppable with 5 ZOMG's at round 85. Rounds 86-99 have randomly generated bloons and Moabs like usual, but round 100 has it fixed where you get exactly 50 ZOMG's, 100 MOAB's acting as a buffer for the ZOMG's as well as several hundred Ceramic Camo Regrowths while the ZOMG's are spawning and well after they have spawned.
    • The 2% cash penalty that normally starts at Round 101+ starts at Round 99 instead.
    • Any Bloons that leak will force you to start at Round 1 and you cannot go back to that round with a cash inject.
    • Fast Track is disabled for extreme.
    • Super Monkey Storm agents are disabled.
Players can purchase this Difficulty for $10.00 USD at Rank 70, or can purchase it for $200,000 Monkey Money at Rank 80 (it's grindable). Just like playing on extreme tracks, each attempt costs a certain amount:
    • $200 Monkey Money for Beginner
    • $250 Monkey Money for Intermediate
    • $300 Monkey Money for Advanced
    • $400 Monkey Money for Expert
    • $500 Monkey Money for Extreme
Winning on Extreme Difficulty for the first time grants the player huge Monkey Money Rewards.

When a game is won for the first time, players will be awarded with the following:
    • $2000 Monkey Money for Beginner tracks
    • $4000 Monkey Money for Intermediate tracks
    • $6000 Monkey Money for Advanced tracks
    • $8000 Monkey Money for Expert tracks
    • $12000 Monkey Money for Extreme tracks
    • x1 Random Monkey (except Super Monkey, Banana Farm, or Monkey Village) for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced tracks.
    • x1 Random Agent (except Bloonsday Device) for Beginner and Intermediate tracks.
    • x2 Random Monkey (except Super Monkey, Banana Farm, or Monkey Village) for Expert and Extreme tracks.
    • x2 Random Agent (except Bloonsday Device) for Advanced, Expert, and Extreme tracks.
    • 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10 tokens for Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Expert, and Extreme tracks respectively.
    • Double Monkey Money and Token rewards for Mastery
When a track is played again, the player is awarded with the following:
    • $800 Monkey Money for Beginner tracks
    • $1500 Monkey Money for Intermediate tracks
    • $2200 Monkey Money for Advanced tracks
    • $3000 Monkey Money for Expert tracks
    • $3500 Monkey Money for Expert tracks

The moment I posted this, I asked an admin to move it to Mobile, but they never bothered. I get mistaken by web and mobile as I use the steam version.

Interesting idea. Someone should make a mod with this difficulty. Makes the beginner tracks interesting again.

So basically, a superCHIMPS but not quite CHIMPS mode... Cool I guess, but I severely doubt that Ninja Kiwi is going to add anything major to BTD5 now that BTD6 is out.
