  • BMC Mobile crashed, lost my city

    Was playing today when BMC Mobile crashed. When I restarted the game, my city was back to level 1, both the local save and cloud!!! My city had been maxed for months. Where did my save data go (even the cloud save is gone) and how do I get my city back?

    It's been 5 days. No help or support. Yes, I emailed the 'support' as well. A simple 'we are looking into it' would be welcomed as I am on the verge of deleting every NK game I have and telling my friends to do the same. Tired of spending money to support them when I get none.

      The connections with NK servers seem to be lagging during past few days, so it could be that your cloud save isn't the cloud save and once the connection is re-established, you get your saves back. Just a wild guess.

            i got a new desktop, and when I went on to my computer, all my apps where there so I went on to balloons monkeys city and all my stuff was reset. and I saved it to the cloud and I saved it on my ninja kiwi account and its not there any more . can anyone help me please

              got the same problem as chefy68, happend just about an hour ago from now, game crashed, reloaded it but was back to lvl 7 city, scared the crap out of me was lvl 37

                Well then contact NK Support too as when that helped chefy68 already then chance should be quite high that they could you two too though the difference might be that not Aaron but someone else writes you (per Email?) as he seems to have stopped working as NK Admin now (well he always responded/answered very fast but i guess the other ones wouldnt be much slower than him)

                PS.:
                When you have a bug or problems with a game then always contact NK Support as thats much better than posting only in the forum though that can be done additionally of course after NK Support was contacted.
