This is a fair overhaul of the lower rankings of my rating scale, as I have been unsatisfied with my rating scale for a while. The main reason that I did this was to add stronger emphasis to my very lowest ratings and to reduce the need for tons of decimal tiers around the very low ranks. Furthermore, the lower rankings (especially around my old definition of 2/10 "terrible", which is now moved to 2.5/10, and after the 2nd edit 3/10) tended to get a quite overcrowded whereas the the ranks between 5/10 and the old definition of 3/10 were stretched thin. (I merged the old definition of 4/10 "poor" with the old definition of 3.5/10 "weak", as they felt a bit redundant to be separated, and I sorted out some of the things I ranked in the mid to low ranks too, not specifying what moved)
EDIT: Compressed the "bad" and "lame" tiers as well, as they also felt a bit redundant to be separated.

S- (9/10): Amazing "+4.5"
A+ (8.5/10): Awesome "+4"
A (8/10): Great "+3.5"
A- (7.5/10): Pretty Good "+3"
