  • BMC requires additional content...

    For the last 3 hours neither me nor my friend can log into BMC Mobile due to this error message: "Bloons Monkey City requires additional content before you can play. Please ensure you have a valid internet connection." We have 2 different wifi connections thru 2 different providers, and every other app requiring internet works fine, including Bloons TD Battles. We have both tried clearing cache AND have un/re-installed BMC Mobile. Nothing works. Are the servers down?

    Same here. Since ~15 hours.
    I played BMC on Kindle Fire HD. The wifi connections works, trying to clear the cache, reinstall, but nothing happens.

        Me four. Started yesterday. Again as above, on an Kindle fire. done the clearing cache and deleting/reinstalling app/cloud data: Still no avail as yet. Contacted tech support; awaiting reply.

            And just like that, POOF! It works again. It would be nice to get an explanation as to what was wrong... The friends feature connecting thru Facebook is broken tho...
