  • The Boss Complex

Yeah. This is essentially the spiritual successor to the 100 Floor Boss Tower series.

Well, anyway, I'm too tired to make a plot, so let's just jump right in!

    Tower Difficulties:
There are many difficulties to choose from.

Easy: Casual bosses. Recommended if you want an easygoing experience. (80% boss stats, softer fights)
Medium: The difficulty ramps up a bit, but still nowhere near the higher difficulties. Basically the game as it was meant to be played. (100% boss stats, normal fights)
Hard: Very ridiculous, simply put. Recommended for seasoned RPGers, or at least for a big team. (130% boss stats, more intense fights)
Harder: Pretty damn hard! Recommended for highly seasoned RPGers. You'll also need a decently-sized team for this. (170% boss stats, semi-unfair fights) [LOCKED: Clear a Hard Tower of any size to access]
    ???: ???

    Tower Sizes:
As well as difficulties, there are also sizes.
Small: 10 bosses. May seem long, but there's worse, trust me.
Moderate: 20 bosses. Kind of insane, admittedly. Still, there's worse out there.
    Large: 30 bosses. Getting there...
Giant: 40 bosses. Almost! [LOCKED: Clear a Large Tower of any difficulty to access]
    ???: ???

    Upgrades:
After defeating a boss, you gain Boss Tokens. These can be used to buy upgrades here.

    Though there are none yet...

    ...That should be all, hopefully.

I'll just be Endzor Light Blue. I can shoot lasers, fly, dash through things, and use magical runes. I also have an eyepiece for activating said runes and a pen for drawing said runes. I'll start on a medium tower with a medium length.

        I'll be Makko Warner, (again)
He can pull random things, on your choice out of nowhere, is playful, happy, and a massive fourth wall breaker.
I'll start on an easy tower with small length.

I'll be playing as Fearful Frisk, a version of Frisk I came up with when I realized they don't all have to be saints or demons.

Fearful Frisk has the same skills as any other Frisk, however he is much more cowardly and pragmatic. In addition to that, he can also use basic fire magic akin to Toriel's, due to absorbing her soul in a rush to get out of the underground, and is unaware of his SAVE/RESET powers. Being consistently fearful, though, he's much more vulnerable to fear-inducing tactics.

Let's go for a hard tower which is long.
I've been gone for like six months and suddenly I don't think I should reveal all of what about me changed right away.
Anyway go check out TBKA it's pretty cool.
          Also Tinkopalypse.
Knights of Noir is good too.

Forgot to mention: you all are in the same tower.

            Short, Small Tower: 1 (Makko)
Moderate, Medium Tower: 1 (Endzor Light Blue)
Long, Hard Tower: 1 (Fearful Frisk)

Sorry, should have made that clear earlier.

(I'm not even sure how that works)

Cautiously step into the first room.

I'll go with an elemental mage who can cast elemental spells, either weak, but hurts multiple enemies and deals damage over time, or strong but hits a few enemies with no secondary effect. I'll take the Medium, long tower.

I'll play as Sterling Silverquill, an archer who specializes in enchanting arrows with various effects and using them to her advantage, though a competent mage as well.

Let's take on the hard difficulty moderate length tower.
Gold Auros, champion of irrelevant randomness.

                        Moderate, medium.
I will play as Aka, his only power is to make truths become lies.... Can be really strong if he is talking to a God.

Since Gold voted first, and because Aka seems a little OP (Truth Manipulation is more powerful than you think), as well as me admittedly being impatient to get this started, Long Hard Tower it is.

Everyone finds themselves facing a 30-story tower. It looks quite menacing.

Get ready to face the first boss, because you will have to enter next turn.

Check that my equipment is okay, before entering.

Enchant my arrows with electricity to start off, then head in.
